Just can't seem to get back into the groove. I only get to blog at my place of employment....lucky me! I don't know how people even get on the computer at home. It is impossible for me. Firstly, Julia fights me for computer time, and wins. Second, Bryce also thinks that the computer is fantastic and loves to pound on the keyboard and dance on the computer desk. Yup, he is a dancer. Just tell him to "dance, Bryce!" and he will shake his cute little toddler tush. Julia has mastered the computer. No kidding! She really has taught herself pretty much everything she needs to know at the tender age of 4, about how to use a computer! She can turn it on, log on to my account, navigate to a web page and find pbskids.org in the history scroll bar. WOW! Then she continues to navigate her favorite page of games and lessons. Smart girl. If only I could wean her from thumb sucking. =( I FINALLY weaned Bryce from breastfeeding. Little man would have NEVER given that up willingly. They are both sick this week with an ugly upper respiratory infection. poor wittle babies. Julia is practically counting down the days until her 5th birthday and school. I am saddened to say that I think it is because she needs more structure. I am not the perfect housewife I thought I could be. Perhaps I can blame it on the fact that I do work outside the home too. Dunno. I actually think housework is much harder. It is certainly more repetitive and mundane, much less appreciated and keeps coming back!!
John has been plugging away at school......still. He has been in school forever and he is starting to feel like it too! He will graduate from the LVN program in July. As soon as he possible can he will transition to RN, as this was his goal originally.
I continue to wonder how I am ever supposed to clean and organize my entire house, cook dinner every night, clean and FOLD laundry, and try to educate the kids in some kind of structured manner. How oh how do other people do it?
